Curriculum & Schedule

Each week will comprise of 2 sessions on weekend mornings (1.5 hours) and 1 session on weekday evening (1 hour)

Week 1: How to Enhance your Data Science Profile?

  • Upgrading your profile to make it attractive for hiring
  • Polishing your CV, LinkedIn, Github, Website, Medium
  • Designing your personalised data science jobs strategy
  • Selecting startups that align with your profile and are the best fit to grow your career

Week 2: How to Prepare for Data Science Interviews?

  • Evaluating the different kinds of data science interviews (Offline assignments, coding, statistics, ML depth and breadth, ML systems design, product sense, behavioural/hiring manager, HR)
  • Creating your personalised data science preparation strategy
  • Evaluating your strengths and weaknesses in different aspects of data science
  • Personalising your preparation strategy for each target role and company

Week 3: Practice Mock Data Science Interviews

  • Practicing mock interviews focused on diverse DS skills
  • Assessing whether you are interview-ready or not after the mock interview sessions
  • Designing your preparation strategy and practicing to becoming interview-ready
  • Dealing with nerves and stress prior to onsite interviews

Week 4: Group Capstone Projects

  • Work in groups on your Capstone Project
  • Work individually to publish blogs based on prior DS work​
  • 1:1 career coaching sessions (only for those who have opted for it)

Week 5: Demo Day & Graduation

  • Week of project presentations
  • Graduation Day!
