B: Proposal
  • I will review your career coaching requirements based on our introductory conversation or email
  • You will receive a proposal for a personalised coaching program including a clearly defined roadmap, resources, levels of engagement, timelines, pricing etc. 
  • We finalise the proposal and agree on the terms and conditions before we start working together.

C: Coaching
We meet online regularly as agreed to discuss your queries regarding your:
  • profile (resume and LinkedIn);
  • target roles and companies;
  • job application strategy and resources;
  • interview preparation strategy and upskilling resources;
  • technical discussions related to advanced AI/ML topics that you're struggling with;
  • curated mock interviews for (Gen)AI/LLM/ML, system design, behavioral interviews;
  • incorporating feedback from actual on-site interviews;
  • final role selection, negotiation and career decision upon receiving job offers;
  • excelling in your new role and delivering quick wins in the first 90 days of your job.

3. Pricing
  • My pricing for 1-1 personalised coaching is based on an hourly pricing model for 2-3 coaching sessions
  • For longer coaching programs (2-6 months), I offer a monthly subscription model at a discount to the hourly rate.
  • ​For candidates based in countries other than the US, e.g. like India, my pricing is adjusted to the local market. 
Offerings
